  • Everyday Defense

    We cover confidence building, real life scenarios, how to train your brain to be more observant and more!

    We offer basic, intermediate and advanced levels.

  • College Concepts

    This seminar is tailored to young women close to or of college age. We focus on self worth, real life scenarios a young woman in college might encounter, and we emphasize and practice the importance of finding your voice.

  • Growing Goddess

    Age Groups: 7-9, 10-13, 14-16

    We focus on many different aspects ranging from self value, how to deal with emotions, bullies, how to carry yourself with purpose and many more.

    We work with young women to provide them with the mental and physical characteristics they can use to propel them into the most positive direction in life.

  • 4 Week Camp

    2 classes a week / 4 weeks

    This class is specifically designed to give you in depth self defense training with multiple scenario simulations.

    We also take time to focus on buillding self worth and value from the inside. Included in this program is an exercise structure designed to condition your body and mind to the level it needs for self defense.

  • Private Training

    We offer training in a private one on one environment to help you reach your goals in fitness, self defense or mental strength. We can structure a program specifically tailored to you and your schedule!
